What if you could exponentially increase your online
customer traffic and in most cases increase your customer lifetime value while
reducing your acquisition cost per customer? (OK, more on that later)
Marketing your local small business online these days can be
very, very challenging so much so that the return on investment may not be all
that rewarding. That is, at least not,
until now. By the way, do you know of anyone still using a phone book to locate
a local small business these days? Do
you sometimes feel like your site is just out there and a place to send folks
to after they visit your place of business?
Does it seem like your site is just your online business card hanging
out there somewhere?
Maybe you’re lucky enough to have a customer sign up for
your email list when they come into your business or office. I would venture to say that getting more
customers/clients to your online marketing site so you can engage them to sell
more products and services would be refreshing, right? Maybe darn right exciting and
motivating! There are so many options
for you to decide upon for small business marketing in order to drive more
online traffic from Google and YouTube to your website thus increasing your
branding presence.
Services like Search Engine Optimization, Cost Per
Impressions, Cost Per Lead and Pay Per Click are just a few of them but at what
cost and what results are you to expect?
Really varies depending on your local small business niche focus.
Did you know that the ads that show up on your results when
you do an online search are pretty darn expensive? How expensive? Glad you asked. Recent research has revealed that 97% of one
of the top search engine’s revenue is from this type of advertising. At the time of this article the average
amount for the most expensive word searched was going for over $54 a click!
That word was “Insurance” with over 1,500 clicks a day. Let’s see, that comes up to around $81,000 a
day spent on advertising online just for the word “insurance”.
A 2 year research study by Custora recently revealed as a
result of tracking 86 different online marketing retail sites whose 72 million
customers bought products or services revealed that, based on the average
lifetime customer value, -23% more came from Twitter, 1% more from Facebook, 1%
more from Banner Ads, 8% more from Affiliates, 12% more from Email, 37% from
PPC and 54 % more from Organic Search.
So here’s the later part I referred to in the first
paragraph. Your press release article
created properly is your best branding tool for your online local small
business. In order to attract new
business, increase your branding, success and your income you need to be on
page one of Google and YouTube for search engine organic results in your
niche. A cost effective and a cleverly
crafted press release using the latest techniques for online results will
accomplish just that for you.
